Cheap Car Dili lives up to its name. A great service for those who know their way around Dili and have driven in such "less regulated" environments. For those new to the country, I'd recommend you get a driver.

Finally, a week in CCD gives you a great sense of the city as you cruise slowly around town, particuarly as with its "natural AC" you drive around with all the windows down.

P.S. I would not recommend you take this car outside of the city limits. It does the job around town, but is not suitable for conditions in the countryside.
